Wrattonbully, South Australia
Distinctive rosemary, thyme and rosemary aromas with blue fruits and savoury tannins.
Sourced from the South Eastern South Australian region of Wrattonbully with all the regional characteristics of dried herbs. The palate has elegantly weighted blue fruits and long tannins. All the fruit sweetness appears with Italian pasta dishes or charcoal grills. A rare variety and style in Australia and very much worth trying out.
