Cool climate Shiraz sourced from a single site Hillrose Vineyard by the Clark family near Boorowa - Hilltops Region south eastern NSW. Beautiful elegant sweet compote red fruits, fine long tannins and bright acidity. A medium weight red drinking well as a young one but will definitely reward 6-8 years in the cellar.
