Description

Sourced from the cool climes of Wrattonbully SE South Australia, our version of this classic Italian variety has beautiful honeysukle white flower perfume. The flavours are long and complex balance with fresh natural acidity. Think tropical fruits, citrus, vanilla bean and almons. This vintage we have returned to a 30% barrel ferment component that adds texture and depth to the cool tank fermented portion. This wine promises a long rewarding life. Worthy of cellaring for 5-6 years.
