Description

Clare Valley Grenache is the perfect variety for a Rose style. It delivers pretty lifted "fruit sweet" flavours without the need for cloying residual sugar. Our Fur Elise is a great example a modern elegant dry Rose style. We leave the chilled juice on skins just for 6 hours preferment to gain an elegant light rose colour and elegant flavours. Serve with a tropical sunset!
