Description

Sourced from the famous Clark Family Hillrose Vineyard located just outside the beautiful village of Boorowa in the Southern NSW cool climate Hilltops region. This is our first release of Cabernet Sauvignon and one to try! Cool climate Cabernet, slow ripened, delivers blueberry, cassis, blackberry conserve flavours wrapped in garnula tannins and bright acidity. All this promises exciting cellaring prospects 6-8 years.
