Our fifth release of Fiano and our first from the cool climes of Wrattonbully located in the Limestone Coast GI of southern South Australia. We night harvested the fruit, transported the fruit to the Clare Valley for vinification. Cool fermented on light solids to encourage a little texture. Bottled early to retain freshness. Light citrus spectrum of Fiano which should develop some texture and complexity with medium bottle age 5-6 years.
