Produced from cool climate Cabernet Sauvignon grown on Roger Clark's Hillrose Vineyard in the Southern NSW Hilltops region. Intense cherry, rhubarb, cassis and red berry flavours dance on a bed of bubbles making for a delicious and refreshing alternative to the traditional Shiraz based Sparkling Reds. The perfect bubbly to mark birthdays, weddings and Christmas occasions. Mr Nobody Sparkling and Liqueurs are produce by the Shut The Gate Wines Crew.
