Description

The fruit for this wine was sourced from a single block on the Freeman's Family vineyard located near Wombat Flat, Young. The cool climes of the Hilltops region of south eastern NSW are renown for the slow ripening and great acid retention within elegant white varieties such as Pinot Gris. A beatufully balanced wine with white flower perfume and delicious pear and green apple flavours.
