Sourced from a single vineyard block in the Polish Hill River Valley sub region of the Clare Valley. This cooler reach of the Clare creates a cooler slower ripening environment allowing the natural sour cherry and an red fruit flavours time to develop. A lighter style of dry red that sings with Italian foods. Medium term cellaring of 4 -5 years.
