Sourced from ancient, gnarly old Leasingham vines. Hand picked, cold soaked, open fermented in two tonne bins, hand plunged, manually basket pressed and matured in new and 2nd year French oak for 18 months. Clare Valley Shiraz at it's very best from a famed red vintage. Rich, layered, complex with satin like tannin. A beautiful glass now or in ten plus years.
